The Association of Peruvian Scholarship Students of the Ministry of Education of Japan - Monbusho, APEBEMO, created on February 16th 1996, is a cultural and scientific institution. Its members are professionals of several fields and specialities, who has done research, Master and Phd. studies in Japanese institutions and/or universities, supported by a Japanese government scholarship.
