To keep and to increase the friendship links between the people of Peru and Japan.

To contribute to the intellectual development of our country, by means of the transference and adjustment of the scientific and technological knowledge acquired by its members in Japan.

To spread and to promote the MONBUKAGAKUSHO scholarship program among professionals interested in doing studies and/or research in universities of Japan.

To promote the development of academic and cultural activities destined to maintain and to increase among its members friendship, cooperation and participation.

To tighten the relationship of APEBEMO with other similar institutions and organizations, through national and international events.
